The 345 units in The Homes co-operative housing pool each person's association fees ranging from $345-$355 per month to provide a maintenance staff to repair plumbing, electrical wiring, roof replacement, guttering, exterior paint & much, much more! We are governed by a 5-person volunteer board & a professional, caring manager and supportive staff.
